My Altair One student account is locked due to too many failed password reset attempts. I am not receiving the verification/reset email on my university address (@alunos.utfpr.edu.br), so I cannot unlock the account by myself.
Could someone from Altair support please manually unlock my account or update the email address so I can regain access to PSIM Student Edition?
