Hello,
I signed up for Altair AI Studio using my company email address. Later, our IT administrator created/configured a separate company environment/workspace.
Currently, it appears that my account exists in a different environment than the one managed by our IT team. Because of this, the administrator is unable to add my existing user account to their environment.
Is there a way to:
- Transfer my existing user account to the company-managed environment?
- Merge the two environments/workspaces?
- Remove or detach my original environment so my company email can be added to the corporate environment?
- Reassign ownership of the environment I originally created to another administrator?
Could you advise on the recommended process for consolidating these accounts and ensuring my company email is associated with the correct organizational environment?
