Login issue with Twin Activate software

Respected Altair Community,
I was using Twin Activate software a few days back and it was working well, but for sometime now i can't able to login with my user credentials, i am getting below message in license log. I was using my Altair username and password and tried to enter i can't enter.
I was using this software with student access.
Kindly help me to login.

Error Code: -29
Error Description: Requested CT/TTF license not found for giv
