ALTAIR LICENSE MANAGER: LICENSE ERROR

Question

I'm trying to create a report using HyperView Student, but it's showing the following error:

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWPublish Error Code: 9

Error Description:

Feature not found

Feature: Publish Error Code: 9

Altair Managed Licensing: License error

Feature: Publish

Error Code: -29

Error Description:

Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID

Hi, I am from a student from Indonesia using AI Studio 2026.0.1 student license and meeting the same issue.

About 2-3 weeks ago, I was still able to use the software. But today, it shows the same error as described by the original author in this post.

Attaching the screenshot of the error too here.

Please help this out as I need to access this in order to finish my assignment.
