I have this long pole subjected to wind loads. I want to perform fluid structure interaction between wind and the pole. The pressure regions around it and the structure response and vortex shedding too.
I need a tutorial for that.

It may not be needed to model the fluid itself, especially if you are mainly interested in the effect on the structure. In such case, you can have a look to /LOAD/PFLUID and its exemple in the Radioss documentation
Otherwise, if you want to model the fluid domain, then please have a look to below examples on Siemens support center (that should also still be available on Altair Community):
