PSIM 2026 Student Edition license activation after Windows reinstall

Hello Altair Support Team,

I am using PSIM 2026 Student Edition with an active student license.

I previously activated my license on my computer, but I had to format/reinstall Windows. After reinstalling PSIM 2026, the same activation key no longer works. It seems that the license is still linked to the previous HostID.

I no longer have access to the previous activation, so I cannot deactivate it manually.

Could you please reset or deactivate my previous Student Edition license activation so I can reactivate PSIM 2026 on my current computer?
