Request to Reset HostID for Student Edition License

Hello Altair Support Team,

I am using Altair HyperWorks 2025 Student Edition.

I formatted/reinstalled my PC and now I get this error:
"This license was already activated using different HostIDs."

Could you please reset/deactivate my previous HostID so I can reactivate my student license on my current PC?
