Fresh install to see if something was broken on the previous install.
Amutil indicates the license is working, but something is corrupted or locked up.

I found this post:

But that user variable does not exist.

i've tried everything i can. I thought the fresh install would certainly fix it. I'm wondering if this is on the server side.

i've deleted the user account and started a new one with the same credentials.

and a new one with different credentials.

Really stuck now.
