How to either Design a Parametric Motor Model in Simlab or Import one?

Question

I tired to create one using Solutions > E-Motor > Flux Motor > Inner magnet. Then when i go to create Outer slot it says "Please delete existing sketches to create a Outer Slot", i need both to create the 2D Profile of the Motor.

Í'm i missing something?

Thanks for your Reply, i want to use the CAD bodies with in Simlab for Transient Magnetic flux Solution, the reason is i want to have a parametric model while doing so, But it seams difficult to get what i want, with to many things to consider. I want to do simulation for a custom 3D Motor and get Both 2D and 3D transient Magnetic Flux and also Heat transfer. could you please describe me the work flow and how can i achieve this.

Hi Manoj,

You need to create each part in separate SimLab Database files. Export and call the parts in Fluxmotor.

Two sketches or CAD bodies cannot be there in one Database to use in the creation of parts for Fluxmotor.
