Hourglass Issue

Hi,

I have a RADIOSS model in which an electronics unit is modelled as 1st order shell elements. This component is modelled to have an initial velocity and impacting a rigid wall. It looks like there is an hourglass phenomena occurring and the solve is killed with an error that says "energy error limit reached". I have tried the 12 QBAT and 24 QPEH shell element formulation within the P1 card. any recommendations/tips much appreciated.
