Problem

Hello,

I am a student at Halla University and I am having trouble activating my PSIM license.

Environment:

• PSIM Professional 2026.0.0.7209
• Windows 11
• License: Altair Student Edition (On-Premise)
• Activation Key: LSGSB-Q68RN-14D7N-MX5CX

What I have done:

1. Downloaded and installed Altair License Server (licensing2026.0)
2. Placed the license file (LSGSB-Q68RN-14D7N-MX5CX.lic) in C:\Program Files\Altair\licensing2026.0\
3. Updated altair-serv.cfg with the correct LICENSE_FILE path
4. Started the Altair License Server service (it is running)
5. In ALMUtil, authorized Managed Licensing successfully (shows 'You are authorized to use Managed Licensing')
6. Activation tab shows 'License already exists in license store'

Problem:

• In PSIM, Help > About shows Active Features is completely empty
• The 'Run PSIM Simulation' button is grayed out and cannot be clicked
• When trying to run, error appears: 'PSIMPowerSupplyFeature - Requested feature name was not found in licenses'

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
