Question: PSIM Student License Renewal and Siemens Migration Inquiry

Description:Hello,I am a Graduate Student at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Brazil, and I currently use PSIM for my research in Power Electronics. My current license is set to expire tomorrow, and I am looking for guidance on how to renew it.

I have seen the notifications regarding the migration from Altair to the Siemens Support Center. However, I haven't been able to locate my "Site ID" to complete the registration on the new platform.

Could you please clarify:

1. What is the standard procedure for students to renew their PSIM license during this transition period?
2. How can I obtain or find my Site ID to ensure I have access to the software and technical support on the Siemens portal?

Any help to avoid interruption in my simulation work would be greatly appreciated.
