Thank you for your message. We have purchased a license for the AU Enterprise Suite. I have received the license file. As suggested, I have also created an Altair One account. In the Marketplace, I find several modules (some marked as Free Trial) under the AU Enterprise Suite tab. I need to talk to the support team to better understand the download and installation process. Could you please arrange a call with the technical team?

I have tried the link you suggested, but I could not find the right product (Altair Enterprise Suite) to seek support for. Also, I do not know the site ID required for this.
