Ever since Altair was acquired by Siemens, I have been unable to open support cases. On Altair One / Altair Support (https://support.altair.com/csm), I click the button "Login to Create and Review your cases" but receive the error message, "User is not assigned to this application."
Siemens support has informed me that the Altair products are not yet on their support list.
