I need to request a reset for my Altair Student Edition license.
My old computer, which had my active student license, broke down and was completely formatted. I am now trying to set up HyperMesh on my new computer, but I cannot activate it.
When using the Altair License Utility on my new PC:
- Trying to deactivate the old license gives the error: "License not found".
- Trying to use my old license file gives the error: "This license was already activated using different HostIDs".
Since the license is node-locked and I no longer have access to the old hardware to deactivate it properly, could you please reset my account so I can generate a new license file for my new PC?
