I can't download PSIM. I click on the download option but nothing happens. Is there a solution? I've refreshed the page multiple times, I have signed out and in multiple times, and I have verified my email multiple times already.

Please try the following basic troubleshooting steps - clear your browser's cache and cookies, or use an incognito window. Try a different browser and check your internet connection. Disable any VPNs, ad blockers, or browser extensions etc.
