Feature differences Embed SE vs. Embed

Hello,

I can see from the documentation Embed SE has no code generation feature. Is there other feature differences compared Embed?

Altair Unit draw table talks about "Embed Professional". I presume it's the same as "Embed" found in the Marketplace, right?

The short answer to your question is "Yes" code generation is the difference between Embed SE (also called Embed Simulation Edition) and Embed Pro (also called Embed). Here is the longer answer:

Embed SE lets you create nonlinear data flow diagrams integrated with UML statecharts. It supports digital filter creation, continuous and discrete transfer functions, multiple numerical integration methods. It is convenient for modeling combined plant and control systems.

Embed Pro lets you automatically generate code for the controller and run it on a variety of low-cost microprocessors from Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi. Embed Pro also has a convenient and powerful HIL debugging feature: the HIL allows interactive updates of system inputs and plotting of data outputs. On target buffering of signals allows real-time plotting of high-frequency waveforms in digital scopes.
