I am a student at PSG iTech using Feko v2025.1. I am unable to run the software due to a persistent license error.
The Problem:My CADFEKO shows Error Code 9 (Feature not found) and Error Code 6 (Unable to read file). When I previously tried to reactivate using my key, I received the error: "This license was already activated using different HostIDs".
System Details:
- Username: 24l134@psgitech .ac.in
- Current HostID: 38A74602EED8
- License Version: Student Edition valid until 2026-09-04
I have not changed my laptop, but the software no longer recognizes my machine's ID. Could you please manually deactivate my previous sessions on your backend so I can reactivate my student license on this machine?
