Request for Manual License Deactivation (Student Edition)

I am writing to request a manual deactivation of my Student Edition license.

Recently, my previous computer was formatted, and I no longer have access to the system to perform the deactivation via almutil_gui.exe as instructed in the guide. I would like to activate the license on my new computer, but since it is still linked to the old hardware, I am unable to proceed.

Could you please assist in deactivating the license from your end so I can reactivate it on my new machine?

HI,

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
