my license folder is empty and student edition license is gone

Hello, I have the 2024,2025 version installed on my laptop at home and it works fine. I recently installed the 2024,2025 version on my PC because I need to use the program on both devices.

At first, I used the program on my PC and authorized it successfully, and it worked without any issues. However, after the license period expired, it doesn't work. Now, the license folder is completely empty. Also, when I log into Altair One, I don’t see the Student Edition license anymore.

Is there a way to reactivate the license or use the program on both my PC and laptop? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using student edition to access the software as per the following process- https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest, you should be able to see your license key by logging into Altair One, going to the Marketplace, checking the Student Edition License bundle, clicking on the Student Edition License card, and then checking the Licensing tab.
