Account under review (A103)

Hello,

I recently created my account using my email provided by the university. But when I tried to obtain the student license an “under review” message pops up. In addition, when I tried to access my profile to edit it I recieved the same message under review and at the end the code A103. I do not know if this is a regular procedure or not.

Your account is verified for student edition use. Detailed software installation and student license activation instructions are available here: https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
