The old PSIM login was on another desktop. But that desktop is not active anymore. I need help in deactivating the license file so that I can activate it back on my new laptop.

Your license key has been deactivated in Altair One, and you can now reactivate your student license using the same key.
Kindly note, The Altair Free Student Edition license is valid for use on only one device, it cannot be shared or activated on multiple machines at the same time AND Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.

I am using windows virtual machine on my Mac to run Altair PSIM. I am facing issues with respect to accessing the existing windows on UTM. The existing windows where PSIM license was activated has been corrupted. Can you please deactivate the license again? I will activate it on new windows virtual machine am trying to install now.
And I dont have access to old windows installed on the virtual machine as it's not letting me login. Request you to deactivate the license one more time. I will activate it using the new windows virtual machine.
My VM got restarted and I had to download windows all over again. Is it possible to deactivate one last time?
