Hi everyone,
I am currently having trouble reactivating my Student Edition of Altair Inspire.
I recently had to reset my PC. Since then, whenever I try to activate the software, I receive the following error message:
"Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
I have already tried to resolve this issue through the Altair Helpdesk ticket system, but I haven't had any success so far. They've sent me the same automated response three times, which isn't helpful in my case.
Could someone please assist me with this or point me to the right contact to get my license/HostID reset?
