Please anyone whose is good at bolt calculation as per VDI2230 or using FEA tool to calculate the safety factor VDI2230 or how to extract forces for VDI2230 bolt calculations

I am not familiar with the standard, but for extracting forces will depend on how you are modeling the fasteners. For example, with a 1d in Optistruct, you could use a CBEAM and request ELFORCE. This will give you axial and shear values. From there you should be able to calculate your own factor.
