Thanks for reaching out! This screen issue may be related to multiple installations of HyperMesh Desktop with conflicting preferences. Please run the HWCleanup Tool to reset HyperMesh Desktop preferences and repair interface graphics before trying to reinstall v2026.
(C:\Program Files\Altair\2026\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup\HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat)

Ola obrigado por me responder porem não funcionou, eu desinstalei e instalei tudo novemente e ontinua nao funcionando. O que poderia fazer?
This issue can also be related to a corrupted graphics driver. Please update to graphics driver with default settings, and if that does not work, then try to update it with a clean installation.
