Motion view screen blackout

Someone please help, the graphics area of the Motion View is getting blacked out. The Hypermesh is working fine.

    Hello,

    I suggest you to close all your HyperWorks applications, and run the .bat file that you have in your installation folder to delete temporary files (\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup). Warning, it will delete your preferences) 

    Also check all the points listed on the document below according your configuration:

    Additionally, it would be a good thing to check if your graphic driver is updated. “Black screen" in HW application usually has to do with your graphic-driver not being updated to the latest version. Check you graphic-cards webpage if they have any updated available.
