Dear Altair Student Edition Support Team,
I am using the Altair Student Edition license. Due to technical reasons, I no longer have access to my previous computer where my student license was activated. I have recently switched to a new computer, but I am unable to activate the license because it is still associated with my old machine.
I would like to ask for your assistance in resetting or releasing my current student license so that I can activate it on my new computer.
I am not sure about the exact procedure to transfer the license, so I would appreciate your guidance or a manual reset from your side.
