Hello Altair Support Team,
I am a student at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research. I am trying to activate my Feko license, but I am receiving the error: "This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
I have not changed my laptop, but the system no longer recognizes my machine.
I have used the software continuously up to NOVEMBER month (in my college ). And i havenot used the software for some days like around two months , when i would like to use the software now (JAN 4 ) it shows me an error . In college i was using my college network for the software use but i have came to my hometown using my mobile hotspot .
I donot know whether it is a network change issue or other issue .
I donot know how to solve this issue . PLEASE HELP ME OUT .
