The thermal conductivity values generated by the pcb layers are shown below:
The thermal conductivity in Z direction (through plane) shows higher value ~ 13. How can a pcb thermal conductivity across through plane direction be so high?
What exactly is the basis of the calculation? Any reference paper / white paper could be provided?
