Hello Altair Support Team,
I’m a PhD student at the University of Alberta and I need to use PSIM for my research. I created an account on community.altair.com, downloaded PSIM v2025, and installed it on my computer.
However, when I launch PSIM, it prompts me to sign in with my AltairOne username and password. After I click "Authorize", I receive the message "Authorization was successful." But when I click "OK", PSIM shows a License Error, as shown in the attached picture, and won’t open.
Could you please help me resolve this licensing issue?
