There is a difference in results between Hypermesh and Hyperview.

I am extracting stresses in material system in hypermesh. Then I export results in Hyperview in material system.

There is a difference upto 3-5% difference for some elements.

Iam extracting results for elements with composite property.

Does anyone face similar issues?

Please let me know.

can you add a couple images of what are you facing?

And also the options that you're using in both cases?

    Steps I followed in Hypermesh:

    1. Open HM model.

    2. Aerospace > Results > File loader > [Select OP2 file]

    3. Aerospace > Results > Results Query > Start

    4. Please refer the image1 below for rest of the options i followed.

    Steps I followed in Hyperview:

    1. Open .bfd and .op2 file in hyperview

    2. Please refer the below image2 for the next options.

One check i did, comparing Hypermesh and Hyperview:

Element results in Element coordinate system is matching  correctly.

This issue of mismatch I notice only for material system.

Also this issue exists for 2D force, 2D moment, 2D stress.

It would be helpful to know what is the angle hyperview/hypermesh uses for transformation of stress/forces.
