Licensing error 6, 9, -40 Optistruct

I am encountering the following licensing errors with OptiStruct:
THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE LICENSE SERVER
Altair License Manager: License error

Error Description:
Feature not found

file to obtain more information on how to correct it.

Others have encountered these errors before, but were told they could ignore them as an output was still generated. However, in my case, the errors are fatal, and I do not get an output from the solver. I have the same license file as my colleague, and he does not encounter these issues when running the same .fem file. How do I fix this error?

Check if you have installed Mechanical solver or not?

Are you finding compute console tab in search option? Try submitting through that.

Yes, I have the solver installed, and through the compute console or HyperMesh GUI, it does work. But I am trying to run it through a .bat file:
@echo off
cd /d "Q:\Programfiles2\Altair\hwsolvers\scripts"
optistruct "C:\Users\me\PycharmProjects\Script\gh_stable\Bob_test_x1-0_y0-0_z0-0_new.fem" -maxiter 100

This should be possible as it does work for my colleague, who has the same license with the same features as I do. But I get the aforementioned error.
