Can't get access to Altair connect

I have already get in to the Altair One marketplace, and I have already logged in with my university gmail account. However when I trying to go to Altair Connect to download the application, it just keep showing the page down below and Log in button isn't available , error code 1002. I don't know how to fix it. Can someone told me how to solve this kind of question. Please! THX

Please ensure to use the free student edition in Altair one as per -
https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latestYou. Note that you should only complete step 4 for the first Altair software product that you download and install from the Student Edition bundle.
