I have already get in to the Altair One marketplace, and I have already logged in with my university gmail account. However when I trying to go to Altair Connect to download the application, it just keep showing the page down below and Log in button isn't available , error code 1002. I don't know how to fix it. There's no online resources to figure out the problem. We are the NTHU racing formula student team. We recently get the sponsorship with Altair however I can't even get the access to the Altair connect in order to download the APP. Can someone told me how to solve this kind of question. Please! THX
