I have followed the guide on your website to download the Hyperworks Software and activate my student edition license.

The steps, including Step 3, have worked but I am receiving the error below when trying to activate my license in the almutil_gui.exe.
What could be the issue here?
Hi Can you confirm you are pasting the license key in the activation key field within the activation tab of ALMUTIL, using windows and there are no special characters or space in the key you are entering?
Yes, I have copied it directly from the field in the Altair Marketplace to the activation key field and checked that I have not used keys that do not belong to the activation key (space, etc.), but it still does not work.
I have been able to use the field "Managed licensing" but not configuring On-Premise licensing. That way I can use the software, but in my Altair One Portal it says that I still have one activation left. But shouldn't it be possible to activate my license properly?
