Importing edited input data

I use the Optistruct that is student edition licence (HyperWorks 13.0 Student Edition).

I would like to edit the input data (.fem file) and run analysis importing the edited input data, but I cannot find the way of importing the edited input data.

What should I do to import the edited input data on the HyperWorks interface?
