I require urgent assistance to activate my one-year Student License. I am using HyperWorks 2025.1 on Linux (Ubuntu).
My issue requires private communication due to the sensitive nature of the information involved (License Key and Host ID).
🛑 Problem Summary:
Wrong License Activated: My account mistakenly activated a 6-day trial license (Managed on Altair One), which is currently active and expiring soon.
Activation Failure: All attempts at online activation for the correct Student License fail with constant network connection timeouts .
Portal Blocked: The online portal does not allow me to generate the required offline license file (.dat).
✅Action Required:
I need a Support Technician to generate the altair_lic.dat file for my machine.
I have my Student Activation Key and my Host ID (MAC Address): ready.
