My computer just stopped working one day so I totally reset it and delete everything off of it and I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to just download altair inspire again and use it like normal. I has like a student edition license or something like that and I can see it in my profile but I cant just use it again because it was already activated from when I first downloaded altair inspire before my computer stopped working. I saw a different post that said you could just deactivate it and when I went through those steps it gives an error message that says "Error deactivating license: License was not activated" I don't know what to do at this point, can I just get a new license or something like that? I have already tried to just activate the license I already have again but it wont let me and it just says "Error activating license: license already exists in license store"
