Urgent: License Activation Error - "already activated using different host ID"

Hello Altair Support Team,

I am unable to activate my license for Altair Fiku and am receiving the error: "Error activating license the license was already activated using different host IDs."

Here is the situation:

1. I previously had the software activated on a MacBook Air using a Windows virtual machine (Parallels).
2. I have since uninstalled the software from that MacBook Air without deactivating the license.
3. I am now trying to activate it on my new primary computer, a Windows desktop, but the activation fails.

Since I no longer have access to the old MacBook Air installation, I cannot deactivate it myself. I request that you please reset/revoke my license activation on your server so I can activate it on my new machine.
