I saw in anther post that you could take the data from the Static Load Analysis in Motion View and apply it to an OptiStruct simulating, is there a video of someone doing this or could I get a quick explanation, I have the Load analysis done and the Frame I want to test was made in Solidworks.

Is this the other Discussion you are referring to this one?

As @Christopher_Fadanelli and I mention in this Discussion, you can complete a Static Load Analysis in MotionView to calculate the forces and moments at each joint for this load case. This load case can then be applied to a component modeled in HyperMesh, for example, to perform static structural analysis on FEA parts. In your case, it sounds like you would need to measure loads at interface locations to your frame from the static load analysis. The loads measured can then be applied to the frame to study the deformation/stress/strain on the frame from that load case. You will need to make sure the frame is modelled with an appropriate mesh, constrains, and loads.
