Quality Check Criteria

Just noticed something that is troubling me.

When looking at Element Quality in 2025 version of HyperMesh/Optistruct, in the Criteria display, even though I have set the criteria in the Criteria Editor, the Iso plots in "Criteria" don't use the same Fail criteria. For example, in the image below, the aspect ratio Fail is set to 5.0, yet "Criteria" sets it as 1, and unsurprisingly, the fail count comes up as 100%. The QI Range display comes up OK as you see in the second screenshot below.

I did not have this problem in the 2024 version.

What am I doing wrong? Why are the ranges not in sync with the criteria editor?

Never mind, I solved my own problem. The criteria and Fail percentage in the "Criteria" window are pegged to wherever the slider in the "QI Range" is set (Fail, Warn, etc.) The current setting is not visible when the "Criteria" window is open, which is a little unfortunate. In my case the 'fail count' means the percentage of elements that fail to be ideal, not the percentage which fail to meet the criteria.

I'd recommend for the future updating the "Criteria" screen to label this in some way.
