Student Account blocked when signing into Rapid miner at school

Has anyone had the issue of logging into AI Studio rapid miner on a school desktop? I tried to log in and it says my account was blocked

Your account shows as active in Altair one. Please ensure to NOT enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio,
