I was trying to log in to my student account to activate my licence, but initially it didn't recognise my account, and after a couple of attempts, it says my account is blocked. How do I navigate this?

We see you have generated an Altair Student Edition license key, You now need to activate with the license key as per step 4 here -
Once done the app should start working, if there is any error messages trouble shoot as per the information below,
