My previous laptop, which I had been using, completely broke down. After purchasing a new one, I tried to deactivate the license via the tool in order to reissue it, but I got the following message "Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
Since the old device is completely unusable, I cannot deactivate it from there.
I need to use the software urgently — is there any way to resolve this?
I have tried all the methods listed in the instructions one by one, but the issue persists. It seems this will need to be handled on the administrator’s side.
