Good afternoon, What do i have to do to activate my account? I'm an hobbyist trying to get Dsim Studio going for Gowin IDE integration and on premises simulation, but it appears I'm in some kind of locked down state unable to download any applications, request trials in marketplace(Yes I'm signed in) or submit support tickets in support portal. Vstudio Code plugin authenticates, then shows "unable to get billing information". Emails to support@Altair .com remain unanswered, so what do i have to do?
I can't even select any other category than this one if Dsim is just as polished as altair website I think ill give it a rest and get verilator going….
