I have downloaded a student license and installed AI Studio. I need this to have an identifying feature such as my name and unlimited rows on this tab. How do I accomplishment that. This is for a class and I am completely lost.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. Your screenshot shows that AI Studio is licensed.
Are you saying that you need the text in the blue window to include your name for some reason?
And is there some reason you think that the number of rows of results is somehow limited?
When you say "this tab", are you referring to the Design Tab? The Design tab will not show any results - the results are shown in the Results tab.
