Altair SLC License Error

Hello -

We are currently evaluating Altair SLC and the server is properly licensed (see attached screenshot).

The license is for GlobalZoneAM, and the server is a Linux server hosted at AWS Northern Virginia.

We are getting the following error while running simple commands from console.

Feature: WPSAnalyticsEngineServer Error Code: -40 Error Description: [LicID 147538] AU Data Analyst - (Err: -40) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneEU": Requested feature name was not found in licenses.

The screenshot shows all the features are available.

What is the reason for this license error and how to resolve it?

Hello, could you please confirm the time zone and regional settings on the Linux server? I’d like to verify whether it’s configured to use American time.

Why are you using GlobalZoneEU when you are located in AWS Northern Virginia? I think your profile needs to be updated.
