I am trying to simulate hydrogen absorption in Simlab, mimicking a metal hydride storage reactor. In order to achieve this I need to input two source terms S_t and S_m. S_m represents the hydrogen absorption rate and S_t represents the heat released due to the absorption.
In Simlab in seems I can only input UDF's relating to heat flux. Is there a way to input equations into Simlab? Can I export my Simlab model into Acusolve (solver I am using) and run it from there?
In order to use UDF in AcuSolve, you will first need access to C compiler. If you are using Windows, check the license terms of any compiler you are using. In Linux gcc, etc are free.
Compile, Link and Run
There might be a possibility of creating a negative source, to emulate absorption.
