In this tutorial, learn how to create motor parts in FluxMotor using sketches directly from SimLab Sketcher. This process is ideal for customizing components like rotor bars, stator slots, end caps, and housings with precision and flexibility—accelerating motor development with multiphysics integration.
Hi Altair,
I watched your video and did it myself. However, I got an error when I checked it.

Hello Leon,
Thank you for your comment.
The error is due to the version; within SimLab 2025.1 , thermal constraints are added to the checker in order to prevent a bad discretization of the thermal grid.
In this regards, the hole should be draw as in the following picture, to comply with thermal computation criteria.
The part visible in the video and made with version 2025, can be used in the same version of FluxMotor to perform electromagnetic analysis, but will certainly cause problems with thermal computations.
Best regards,
Letizia
