Hello! I solicited and successfully activated my Altair student bundle and was already using both HyperMesh (2025) and Inspire (2025) without any issues. When attempting to use BatchMesher in HyperMesh 2025, however, the work status returns to "pending" providing no result.
I'm fairly certain my student license is activated, as shown by the picture below:
When inquiring each work for details, the following error message appears:
My student license also seems active on Altair One. I was unnable to find any support threads concerning this specific case, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
